The master bedroom will occupy a central area of the main floor and feature a north-facing balcony conducive to outdoor painting. The south face of the building will house a new kitchen with open space for plenty of guests.
Floor Plan
The upper level has been expanded to function as the main living floor by adding living space on the north and south sides of the house. Common space at the eastern end graduates to private quarters towards the west side of the house.
Exterior Elevations
This retreat takes advantage of its location to offer stunning views of Lake Tahoe and Emerald Bay from a two-story glass wall at the northeast corner of the building. A remodel expands the second floor living space with consideration to design for all ages and abilities.
