Floor Plan Design & Drawing Set
Given a program, our assignment included conception of a functional floor plan design and execution of a full set of construction drawings. The drawing set included plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and renderings.
Interior Renderings
An open office area accounted for the remainder of the space after assigning square footage to enclosed offices, conference rooms, and other auxiliary spaces. My floor plan centrally located the open office near collections of other office rooms.
Exterior Renderings
The south facade includes sun screens, bike racks, and hardscaping to allow visitors and employees to relax in a patio-like atmosphere.
Interior & Exterior Elevations
Interior and exterior elevations were developed to reflect materiality and describe vertical dimensions. Our building was pre-defined as brick veneer on metal studs.
